Serendib Villa is a splendid villa situated on the prestigious development known as 'Calabay Parc' which is only 15 minutes from Disney, and built on a conservation lot with beautiful views of forest to the rear.

While on vacation, we prefer the comforts of home. Therefore, we renovated our villa as a luxurious home away from home with brand new top-of-the-line furniture and state of the art equipment. Our villa offers ultimate luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete and memorable. It is the perfect place to return to and relax at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks.
It has amazing views from the decking area of sunset over the conservation land at the rear of the villa itself, should you be able to tear yourself away from the theme parks early enough.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a hot tub, or other amenities including an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

We loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the nature area in the back; was neat to see the different birds coming and going that live in the trees. We had a great stay! The house was clean and beautiful, the pool and spa was wonderful! We really appreciated that the pool and spa were clean and the balance of chemicals and/or chlorine was perfect, which is a toss up when renting a place because sometimes the chlorine can be to high which causes skin irritation, but this had the perfect mix, you didn't even come out smelling like "pool water" or anything. The management was very fast to respond to our initial concern regarding the upstairs A/C, even on Easter Sunday they listened to our concern and made themselves available. The only criticism we had is that the beds in both downstairs bedrooms were not comfortable. The upstairs beds were good but the master my husband and I slept on and the downstairs queen our friends slept on were very uncomfortable, like the mattresses were worn out. Other than that we had a perfectly pleasant stay and enjoyed our time in this home. We would definitely stay here again!
