Let me start by saying overall we had a good time and the location is convenient for a quick run to get food and supplies. The condo is decorated very cute and amount of space and storage is nice. Now for the things that could be improved. The condo could use a lot repairs and a deep cleaning to make it more cozy and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the extra blankets were a plus. The shower doors are cute but not the best for making sure water doesn’t get on the floor. I almost fell from water spraying onto the floor. One thing that would be great are some hooks near the shower to hang your towel so you don’t have to get all the way out to grab your towel and risk slipping and falling. The pool was not the cleanest. There was trash around the pool and in the pool. The manager who told us he was the owner was constantly walking around the pool and never said anything to anyone to clean it up or cleaned it up himself. Again, our overall stay was nice but could’ve been better with some minor adjustments and repairs.

We really enjoyed our stay in Champions Gate and the condo pictures were spot on. The only negative I had was with the check-in process as, it was a little confusing. Address listed was to the main property gate but once inside, the building address was different. I phoned the property manager (3 unanswered calls) to confirm that we were in the correct location but no answer/no call back. Thankfully we did find a staff member whom confirmed we were at the right building. Ironically, the next day at the pool, some of the residents were even saying how confusing the property numbering system was. The Pool area was great but it could use a little TLC, so could the gym. Overall, the location was GREAT and the condo owner was very responsive. In all honestly, if you looking for a nice quiet area away from the Disney crazy, I would 100% recommend this place. Thank You for sharing your condo with us, we were comfortable and felt very safe.

Enjoyed this pet friendly condo. The area is quiet and safe. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for my husband and I and our small dog. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Close to the pool which has a hot tub and restaurant and bar. Mark responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at this condo from Weds, March 4 through Saturday, March 7. We were originally scheduled to checkout on Sunday, March 8. Due to the poor conditions of this condo we left a day early.Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations presented in the listing. The property was not cleaned to the standard we expected; the furniture was stained and dilapidated. Basically, the condition of the property does not reflect the listing photos!Additionally, there was significant and constant noise from the unit above that made it difficult to relax in the space.In conclusion we will never stay at this property again!! I do not recommend this rental!!

My children & I traveled to FL for their first Christmas vacation! This stay was more than amazing…. Very clean environment. The rooms were very discos and so clean. My host was soooo amazing I don’t think 5 stars are enough. They checked in throughout just to make sure everything was well and that my family didn’t need anything! I fell in love with the bathrooms space! Although it is an apartment the neighbors were quiet and very friendly as well. Felt like we were in our own space. This is a 10/10 recommend! Our first stay was cancelled and I’m so very grateful it was because this stay was better, less expensive and we felt at home! Thank youuuuuuu

Warm weather and a great place to stay made for a wonderful visit to Florida! My rating is mostly due to the misrepresentation of the "amazing amenities"....the clubhouse was empty and deserted, no cinema, no restaurant, no bar, no gym, just the pool. Calling this a resort is incredibly misleading. We only chose this location because we thought we wouldn't have to fight the horrific traffic of Championsgate to find food everyday. Even the phone # for the clubhouse/restaurant/management is disconnected. The condo itself does not appear to be newly renovated, as in the last year...maybe 3 years. But it was comfortable. If more than 2 people stay, don't try to take a hot shower within the same hour. The tub in the master bath feels like it's shower pan or flooring is giving way beneath it, the closer you stand to the drain. All the appliances we used worked, but it did take an hour for my husband to get 2 of the TVs to work, he had to re-pair them to the remotes. Both remotes need new batteries. The photos of the condo are accurate, just not the amenities.
