This welcoming villa with pool and hot tub has recently been updated, plus features a spacious floorplan including two living areas. With a games room and close proximity to all central Florida has to offer, the home is a fantastic base for your next vacation.
To the rear of the villa is the kitchen, dining area and family room, which leads out to the screened pool with hot tub. BBQ rental and pool/spa heat available - please enquire.
Upstairs, double doors open into the large master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds. Bedroom 4 has one double size bunk bed and TV area for the older kids.
Don't forget about the games room - challenge each other on the pool or foosball tables!
Washer and dryer available for guest use.
Windwood Bay is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Windwood Bay is well-located for Disney (19 mins), Universal (25 mins), Sea World (21 mins). A great place to explore all Central Florida has to offer.
