Backyard & Fence:
The backyard is partially fenced and spacious—perfect for families with kids or pets. Enjoy lush lawn space and tropical landscaping.
Fire Pit:
The wood-burning fire pit accepts standard logs (not provided). Use with caution and never leave fires unattended.
BBQ Grill:
The propane BBQ grill is located on the screened patio. Guests may refill the propane tank at any local gas station.
Towels & Linens:
We provide bedding for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, and bath mats for each guest.
Trash & Recycling:
Two bins are provided inside (trash and recycling), and large outdoor bins are located beside the garage. Please follow the local schedule for bin placement on collection nights.
Parking:
Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. One garage space available. Short-term street parking is allowed nearby. Oversized vehicles must fit fully on the property; RVs, boats, or trailers are not allowed otherwise.
Events & Neighborhood Etiquette:
The home is in a peaceful, residential area. Small daytime gatherings may be approved in advance. No loud parties or music. Quiet hours are 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.
Deliveries:
Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, and grocery delivery services deliver directly to the home.
