MICKEY MAGIC, SOUTH-FACING POOL & FAMILY GAME ROOM FUN

Bring the family together for an unforgettable Orlando vacation at this spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Featuring a Mickey-themed bedroom, desirable south-facing private pool and spa, action-packed game room, upstairs loft, and four king bedrooms, this 3,348-square-foot home provides plenty of space for families and groups of up to 12 guests to relax and have fun together.

Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home provides a convenient base for experiencing Orlando's world-famous attractions while giving your family the space, privacy, and comfort of a private vacation retreat.

One of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing pool and spa. South-facing pool areas are especially desirable for guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day. Start the morning with coffee beside the water, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming, or return after an exciting day at Walt Disney World and enjoy some well-earned poolside downtime.

The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture give everyone room to enjoy the Florida weather together. Whether you're planning a slower day at the home, taking an afternoon break between Orlando adventures, or relaxing outside at the end of the evening, having your own private pool just steps from the living area adds another level of convenience to your vacation.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the game room where kids, teens, and adults can challenge each other to pool, ping-pong, or basketball hoops. With several different activities to choose from, the game room provides another fun destination within the home for evenings, rainy afternoons, or days when your family wants a break from the theme parks.

Upstairs, the loft with a flat-screen cable TV creates an additional gathering area away from the main living room. Kids and teens can settle in with their favorite entertainment while adults relax elsewhere in the home, giving larger groups multiple spaces to spread out and enjoy the vacation at their own pace.

The Mickey-themed bedroom brings an extra touch of Disney fun into the home, giving younger guests a playful space that keeps the excitement going even after leaving the parks.

The six-bedroom configuration provides flexible accommodations for up to 12 guests. Four king bedrooms offer excellent sleeping options for adults and couples, including a downstairs king ensuite and an upstairs king master ensuite. The remaining bedrooms feature two twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing versatile arrangements for children, siblings, cousins, and friends traveling together.

With six full bathrooms throughout the home, larger groups also have plenty of bathroom space when everyone is getting ready for another exciting day exploring Central Florida.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making meals at home easy and convenient. Prepare breakfast before heading to Disney, stop home for a quick lunch between activities, or gather everyone together for a relaxed family dinner after a full day of Orlando adventures.

Flat-screen TVs are provided in the living room, upstairs loft, and all bedrooms, giving everyone entertainment options when it's time to unwind. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide the everyday conveniences families appreciate throughout their stay.

Beyond the home, ChampionsGate Resort offers an impressive collection of recreation, relaxation, dining, and entertainment options at the Oasis Club. Families can spend an entire day enjoying the resort without leaving the community, while golf enthusiasts can take advantage of championship-quality golf within ChampionsGate.

Whether you're enjoying the Mickey-themed bedroom, challenging the family to pool, ping-pong, and basketball in the game room, soaking up the Florida sunshine beside your south-facing private pool and spa, spending time together in the loft, experiencing the ChampionsGate Waterpark and lazy river, playing championship golf, or making unforgettable memories at Walt Disney World, this home provides an outstanding setting for your Central Florida vacation.
