If i could give this property less then a 1 star I would, I paid over 1,000 for 2 night at this place 5 of the 7 bedrooms were upstairs. The A.c. was out in the upstairs area for almost our whole stay we didn't get an a.c. repair man sent until after 11pm on our last night. We had kids sleeping on the couch and floor downstairs. They also didn't have anyone service the pool before we came the water was foggy, we had to request a pool guy to come clean the pool. We were unable to use the whole property because of the a.c. issues upstairs. The rental company refuses to give me any kind of refund for this horrible experience. I have no idea how they have good reviews unless they are paying someone to do them. I even sent them proof of the messages with me and the host, all they keep saying is they reviewed and are denying any refund because it was handled during our stay. She even sent me proof of the a.c. guys pictures, at the top it's time stamped to prove it was after 11pm at night when they finally showed up on our last night. I have stayed in a few properties in this neighborhood that are amazing, that's why I continue to book there. With that being said I would steer clear of this property, as they don't care about their guest only about their money. They are located in London, so good luck getting them to care as they will simply push you to the side like you, your money, and your family dont matter or deserve the experience they paid for.
