The Good:We stayed here with a group of 11, and the house itself was very roomy with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Having so many ensuites was a huge plus. The AC worked perfectly, and the host was very responsive whenever we reached out. The resort's community pool and basketball courts were nice, though be aware it’s about a mile walk from the house, meaning a drive to and from. The Not-So-Good:Outdoor Living: While the BBQ and table were nice, there were only 4 chairs (one was broken/unstable), which is insufficient for a house that sleeps 11. The private pool is small with only one lounger, making it impossible for a group to "hang out" poolside.Pool Issues: A tear in the mesh enclosure allowed a raccoon to leave a mess in the pool. While the host fixed the mesh and cleaned the pool quickly, the cleaning revealed how dirty the water actually was prior to our arrival. Additionally, the pool heater/filtration was unreliable and barely circulated.WiFi & Tech: The WiFi was extremely unreliable, cutting out every 10–15 minutes. It made watching movies or using phones very frustrating.Kitchen & Maintenance: The oven failed to reach 350F (it only warmed barely), and the fridge water/ice dispenser only trickled so as to be unusable. The sliding garden door screens stick , and the screen door came completely off its track.Beds: A mixed bag. One king was okay, but the other was very uncomfortable, and the single beds were poor quality and comfort
