Important Pool Info
- Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose
IMPORTANT: the spa gets the warm water from the pool, so in order to get warm water at the spa, pool heating has to be requested, and also be aware that the spa temp will be the same as the pool (can't be set at higher temps, like detached spas).
