A new chapter we chose to embrace with intention and care — refreshing details and thoughtfully preparing each space with the hope that beautiful memories would be made here. Because we believe that, just like people, homes can begin again.

In this house, we let go of the rush and remember, like Peter Pan, that growing up doesn’t mean stopping believing; we let Tinker Bell light the ceiling with her soft fairy-dust glow; we dream with Jasmine and Aladdin in a world where love rides on a magic carpet; we find courage with Woody and Buzz, reaching toward infinity and beyond; and we smile with Mickey, the timeless guardian of imagination.

Here, the magic isn’t only in the theme parks… it lives in the details — in the lights that softly glow at night, in laughter shared around the table, and in the quiet moments that stay in your heart long after you leave.

Located in Davenport, Florida, within Solterra Resort, this spacious home has been prepared to welcome families and groups seeking comfort, space, and a meaningful Orlando experience.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the home, including the private screened pool area and all interior spaces.

In addition, you’ll have access to the beautiful amenities of Solterra Resort, including:

This is a gated community with 24/7 security.
Upon arrival, guests must first stop at the main gate (5200 Solterra Blvd) and present a valid ID to receive access to the resort.

Optional Resort Amenity Fee:
Solterra charges a one-time amenity fee of approximately $37 per reservation if you choose to use the resort amenities. This fee is paid directly at the clubhouse upon registration, grants access for up to 12 guests, and is valid for the entire duration of your stay.

Other things to note
🗑 Trash Collection:
Trash is collected daily early in the morning. Please place all trash inside sealed bags and leave them in the outdoor bench/bin located in front of the house each night to avoid accumulation and maintain cleanliness.

Gas Stove Instructions:
The kitchen stove operates on gas.
To turn on a burner:
1. Push the knob inward.
2. Turn it to the “Ignite” position.
3. Once the flame lights, adjust to your desired temperature (Low–High).
Always ensure the knob is turned back to OFF after use.

Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available for $35 per night and must be requested at least one week prior to arrival so we can schedule it properly.

Parking:
• 2 assigned parking spaces directly in front of the house (marked).
• 2 additional unmarked spaces across the street to the right (first come, first served).

Mini Game Table:
The home includes a small multi-game table (ping pong, foosball, and billiards). Please use it with care and return all pieces neatly after use, keeping future guests in mind.

Remotes & Lighting Controls:
Please return all TV remotes and additional lighting controls to their designated places after use.
