There were several serious issues:• Other guests were at the property when we arrived. This was extremely concerning because we had booked the property expecting it to be private and available exclusively to our group.• Broken and unsafe chairs: The chairs provided at the property were broken and unusable. My father nearly hurt himself while using one of them. This created a serious safety concern for my family.• Severe cleanliness issues: The property was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The rug was filthy, there was dust throughout the house, and we found bugs inside the property. The overall cleanliness was far below what we reasonably expected based on the listing.The máster bedroom bed was held up by styrofoam
