Would not stay here again.

We’ve come to Orlando four times with our boys. Each time we’ve had a good experience with the condo we rented. This time we wanted to run for the hills. The couches have stains all over, the, the carpets are stained in the primary bedroom and going up the stairs, the walls are dirty/stains with splatter, there is visible thick dust on the cord of the light over the dining table. To top it off the washing machine didn’t work the entire 6 night stay. Our clothes were locked in for a couple days until I had to climb behind And unplug. Told this to the management, they sent someone while we were out. Told me it was working fine. We tried again. Locked our clothes in again. Management sent a guy again to “unlock” our clothes but not fix the problem. I was there this time. He wanted to leave but I asked him to stay so he could see it not working. He did, I took video. Wish I could post pics for you all to see how unclean this place really is. Boys didn’t want to sit on the couch! Feel ripped off by this place.
