Bring the whole family to Solterra Beach Villa, a luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom designer-furnished retreat in the heart of Solterra Resort—just 15 minutes from Disney and steps from the resort’s incredible amenities!

This spacious 3,275 sq ft home features two king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, four additional bedrooms, and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses in every room. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, offering everyone a private retreat. Gather in the open-concept living room for movie night, or relax outside with a game or show on the outdoor patio TV.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and your choice of Nespresso, Keurig, or drip coffee. We provide a welcome supply of pods, teas, creamers, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry/dish pods, salt, pepper, and towels—including pool towels—for your stay.

Step outside to your private, south-facing screened backyard oasis, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor dining. A BBQ grill is available for an $80 flat fee, perfect for poolside meals in the Florida sun.

Walk just one block to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, with access to a zero-entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, playground, and café. Baby gear—including a pack & play, high chair, and strollers—is provided for your convenience.

Amazing Stay

Our family have recently stayed in Solterra Beach Villa and have had an amazing stay, we were very sad to leave. The villa was absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly need and exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub was lovely to relax in after long days at the parks. The villa is perfectly located to be able to explore all parks and surrounding areas and is in a gated community so we always felt very safe. Solterra resort has a lovely clubhouse with a resort pool, lazy river and other amenities. I was very nervous about booking our first villa but the owner made the process very straight forward and communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

What a wonderful place to take a family (or two). Tremendous value and enough room for 2 families with room to spare. This was great for our two boys with a games room (ping pong, air hockey, foozeball) great pool and second 'family room' where they could watch their own movies. We spent most of our time around the pool and covered lounge area. Amenities at the resort were great. Safe and clean with lots to do for all. 30 min to Disney, and much more. Will go back!
