The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the patio, the gentle hum of distant birds mixing with the soft splash of the private pool. You can already feel the rhythm of a relaxed Florida day, with space to stretch out, laugh, and unwind after a morning at the parks. As evening settles, the pool lights glow amber, inviting you to linger in the warm night air while the day’s adventures turn into shared stories.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five spacious bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests with 11 beds. A bedroom and a shared bathroom on the first floor provide easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs, while the upper level adds additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second living area for extra privacy.



Living areas

The main family room features a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, perfect for relaxing between outings. A dedicated workspace in the common area lets you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary. The game room, equipped with a pool table, offers another fun gathering spot without leaving the house.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances gives you plenty of room for group cooking, and indoor‑outdoor dining options let you enjoy meals together under the Florida sky. Bathroom supplies, fresh linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays.

The private pool is available year‑round and can be heated, so you can dip in any season. A fenced backyard and patio are furnished with sun loungers, creating a comfortable outdoor retreat for sunbathing, reading, or simply soaking in the warm air.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
