Hotel maravilhoso, com ótima estrutura de piscinas, academia e restaurantes. O apartamento era limpo, amplo e muito confortável, com utensílios básicos de cozinha e localização excelente. O único ponto que senti falta foi uma smart TV, pois, como brasileira, senti falta de opções que não fossem apenas canais americanos.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Unacceptable Experience I had a jacket stolen from my room by housekeeping during my stay at this Sheraton, and what’s even worse than the theft itself was the complete indifference from management. I reported the incident immediately and followed up multiple times while I was still a guest at the hotel. Management never properly followed up, never took the time to discuss the issue, and clearly had no interest in resolving a serious security problem involving a guest’s personal property. This is not a minor issue. If items can disappear from your room and management can simply ignore you, this is not a safe or trustworthy place to stay, especially for families. Between the theft and the total lack of accountability, this hotel failed on every level—security, customer service, and basic professionalism. Please stay away. Do not bring your family here.

Upon arrival at the property I was advised of a $25 perday parking fee. The description on Expedia stated the property had self parking but never made mention of a parking fee.
