Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The pool glimmers just beyond the sliding doors, the game room hums with the sound of a pinball machine, and somewhere down the hall a Mickey-themed bedroom is waiting for its next pint-sized guest. This single-level villa in the Orlando Area is built for families who want to come home from the parks to a space that keeps the fun going.

Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites anchor the home, each with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private ensuite bathroom. The main master opens directly onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth is designed around a Mickey theme with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan - a favorite with younger guests. For extra sleeping space, the family room has a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.

Living space
The air-conditioned game room is where afternoons disappear - a pool table, arcade games, air hockey, and a stack of board games make it the go-to spot after a day at the parks. A 65-inch smart TV streams Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and standard cable, and every bedroom plus the family room comes with its own smart TV too. A dedicated workspace in the common area and fast wifi keep things easy if anyone needs to check in with the outside world.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Morning coffee is covered by both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and an air fryer, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle round out the small appliances. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all provided, and a dining table seats the whole group. Outside, a charcoal, electric, and gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils sets up easy outdoor cooking, paired with an outdoor dining area and lounge seating.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the home, including a bathtub, hair dryer, and shower gel, with cleaning products and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in each.

Outdoor space
Step out to a private patio and an open backyard with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The private pool is available all year, open 24 hours, with the option to add heat, and a private spa offers the same optional heating for a quieter soak. A pool view extends from parts of the home, and four driveway parking spaces plus free street parking make arrivals simple.

Family-friendly touches
This home is set up for travelers with young children: a mini crib and a pack ‘n play are always on hand, along with a standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a children’s playroom stocked with books and toys sorted by age group. An outdoor playground and babysitter recommendations add even more flexibility for parents.

Community & location
Guests have free access to nearby resort facilities, including a shared gym, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, and lake access via a path or dock. A laundromat is also nearby for longer stays, and the home welcomes stays of 28 days or more.

Good to know
Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and an energy-saving system help regulate comfort throughout. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and drying rack are available, along with linens, towels, and essential toiletries. Two exterior security cameras (front and back, pointed away from interior spaces), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place for peace of mind. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival flexible, and housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
