The unit i original books, this unit, was pulled by owner. Property staff sent me three new options. I chose one and was assured we were good. When we arrived , this was not the case. We were placed in a much smaller unit, square footage wise . When I questioned it they said they would have to look into it . Our first night was AWFUL!!! Loud screaming guests above us all night long . They were even moving furniture, at one point. The next morning I went to the desk. They were aware of those guests. I was told the unit I had booked would be available until next day. Now 48 hours after our arrival . At that point, there was no point in moving . The beds were awful. Our son ended up sleeping on the couch . The living room area was very cramped. I was never offered any refund or compensation for any of this. Although, I’m certain the unit we stayed in was cheaper than the one I had booked. The location was good. Staff was nice . Customer service awful. Will never stay at this resort again . Not encourage other to do so.

When I first booked the room, I looked at the pictures and thought they were enhanced by AI. When I entered the condo, I found that everything was even better than I imagined. Wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely be staying here every time I come to Orlando. It was a very classy Disney theme. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great For Families!

We were pleased to find this unit looked exactly like the pictures! The property was very quiet and very clean. We spent lots of time in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. The location was 10-20 minutes from everything we needed or wanted to do while visiting Orlando. The unit was advertised as recently updated. It was beautiful but there were a few details that we felt were missing. There were no window coverings over the large windows in the family room. The kitchen was nicely equipped with new appliances and everything we needed to make a meal, but could use extra hand towels and pot holders as there was only one of each. My biggest issue with our stay is that there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. The resort was notified of this but it was not addressed during our stay. The master bed was VERY firm. Some people may appreciate this but it was extremely uncomfortable to our 45 year old bodies. The master bath was wonderful but needs more towel racks for hand towels, etc. Overall this was our first time staying in this location and we would consider booking again!
