Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open concept home with modern, comfortable, professional decorating, and features a Yale smart lock, integrated with your AirBnB stay. As you pass through the entrance, you will enter a bright airy space, complete with everything you need to feel right at home. Relax in the well-appointed room as the furniture is perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV or enjoy the resort views through the walls of windows, and 2 double door entrances to the wraparound, private balcony.
Near the living room space is the formal dining room area with a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you will enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a delivered meal from your favorite restaurant.
The Kitchen is open to the main living and dining area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a snack or a full course meal. MASTER Bedroom:
This private retreat located on the opposite side of the other two bedrooms, includes a luxurious king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 45" Smart TV. This beautiful ensuite bath features a double vanity, make-up station, and its own dedicated linen closet. The expansive master suite includes a very large walk-in closet, which holds a safe where you can keep your treasures.
Queen Bedroom:
This room offers a queen-sized bed and large dresser with 45" flat-screen Smart TV. This room is conveniently located next to the bathroom and offers resort views from a large picture window. This room has its own closet, and bedside tables offer additional storage.
Double Beds Room:
The two double beds fit nicely into the third bedroom, and offers its own closet and nightstand table. Kids can enjoy having a space of their own, but adult guests staying in this room, won't feel as though they are staying in a kids' space. This room feels just as luxurious as the rest of the suite, with its own set of double doors and two large picture windows.
Pull-Out Bed
The living-room sofa can transform into a comfortable Queen size bed and has plenty of legroom for the taller guests. The set-up allows those sleeping in this space to enjoy the TV as well as plenty of space to walk around, should they choose to keep the bed out during the day.
The floorplan of this home is amazing and offers peace and quiet no matter which room you choose. The suite has soundproofing, so noise from any neighbors, can not be heard through the walls, ceiling, or floor. The suite is located in a quieter neighborhood of the resort, perfect for a relaxing stay.

All TVs in the home have Roku streaming capabilities, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. Each TV is also set up with Direct TV, so you can channel surf and catch up on current news or network shows.

There is business class 1Gig complimentary fiberoptic internet available in the home. The internet is fast enough to easily allow for streaming on multiple devices, while maintaining perfect picture. Should you need an ethernet port, there are several available.
POOL/SPA AND OTHER AMENITIES:
Upon arrival, you will receive a key card which will give you access to all pools, games, outdoor sports courts, etc. Your stay includes access to all of the community pools/spas.
