10/10 - Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Complex was secure and the amenities were excellent with heated pool, plenty of loungers, nice bar and food.Easy access to all Disney and Universal. Close enough to walk to food and drinks (which is rare).Host were very attentive, polite and accommodating.Would book here again.

Great place. I can’t say enough. I loved it. Clean and in a very convenient area. My only issue was security. A Hispanic female security officer was very rude to my elderly mother. She was racist and confrontational with an elderly woman that couldn’t respond back. The resort needs to consider firing her.

Left us stranded

We were canceled after our check in time, after flying across the country! Left my husband and I scrambling for a place to stay with our daughter. Yes they apologized but that really did not help my family in anyway.
