Loved my stay with my family. All staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating, especially Ayman. We stayed 3 nights and each day was the same excellent service! KUDOS to the staff for going above and beyond. The only feedback I have is the dated fixtures throughout the property and the TV isn’t a smart TV, which with two kids under 5, it is much needed. Thankfully, we brought toys! Also, the tissue quality was super rough and we ended up having to buy wipes for our kids since it hurt to continue to use it.But overall, we would definitely stay there again for the space of the rooms, service, and location.

The room was clean and very comfortable. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the air conditioner it gets very cold and when we tried to change the temperature, the alarm started beeping.

I picked the hotel because the website said recently renovated. Loved the location and layout of the room. The complimentary ride to the parks was a bonus in my book. The room looked clean but actually had a roach problem. We checked in, went to the Walmart and got a bag of ice. When my husband went to sit the ice in the sink, 3 roaches were trying to crawl up out the sink. The next morning as we were sitting down eating breakfast the manager came over and introduced himself. I explained to him the issues we were experiencing in our room with the roaches, the thermostat not working in the bedroom that had the king size bed, and the constant dripping of the water from the tub faucet. He said he would send maintenance to our room. Maintenance came but we were told he couldn’t spray because my dad was in the room and that he fixed the thermostat. We continued to have the roach problem and the thermostat wasn’t fixed. I took pictures of the roach and of the thermostat showing the issues. Even showed the pictures to the manager. What was so disappointing was we were not immediately offered another room until 2 days later or other options which we never received those options. Keep in mind we were there for 6 nights. Staying them many nights, parking should have been free.
