The amenities were good. However, our first night the heat in the front unit had to be swapped out. The diffusers I. The shower did not lift properly so whe. You ran the shower it also ran through the tube faucet.

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were both heated and the kids had a blast. There is plenty of parking. It is a quick drive to all of the theme parks. There are plenty of food and/or grocery options nearby as well.

Staff member Paula was great at check in. The other female desk employee was also great. There were no spoons or forks. No coffe pot. (Sent to room after requested) A lot of dust. Noticeable quick surface wiping only. The pet dander caused uncomfortable nose congestion. The air circulation was only cold. I am mobile but disabled and the elevator by our room on 4th floor was out of service. The breakfast area was too limited of seating space. Overall the stay was ok. Parking, hotel area was safe. Staff was helpful. Great location.

Staff was great, housekeepers were very friendly, but the room looked (and smelled) a little old and rundown. Basic cable on the tv and rickety elevator emphasized the old/rundown vibes of the room… oddly, the microwave appeared to be from this millennium and warmed-up our leftovers in seconds. Not bad as a last resort (when everything else is booked), not great if other options are available.
