I’m sorry to say that it is a shame to call this a Wyndham property. There was so much pot in the air, it was literally coming through the air conditioning. I had a reservation made several days prior for an adaptive room. When I received my key and went to that room, it was obvious that someone had slept

Excellent spot for a one night show at the Orlando Amphitheater. We ended up walking to it. The motel not hotel was a little odd with the clientele staying there. I was a little concerned but it turned out ok. Lock the doors. Sheets and towels were not in the best condition.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The AC was an old model and really loud. Beds were overall comfortable and clean. The floors were updated. Unfortunately, the toilet flapper was not working well, so it ran all night. Overall, the place was decent for a short stay to see a concert nearby.

I was only there for 1 night for work and I stayed in room 123. Unfortunately, there was screaming next door until 6 AM. we called hotel staff, and the cops even came at one point. After the cops left, there was still more screaming and banging on the doors. they even tried to enter our door at one point. This should have been handled better.

This is not a Wyndham the pictures are extremely misleading ! This is a literal motel 6 the rooms smell like cigarettes and reaks of marijauna! I checked out within an hour WITHOUT a refund that’s how bad it was. Half naked women who are clearly nefarious roam the premises also. Wyndham and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even promoting this crack den.

Front desk gentleman was very very nice. He made check in quick and easy. Everything appeared to be clean and the room was spacious. The only issue I had was the room door lock was kinda wonky.

The room smelled like mold and mildew. The room was not clean, there were lint balls and dirt in the corners. There was moisture in the room and the floors were slippery due to the moisture.

The second we pulled into the parking lot we noticed a younger shirtless guy on a bicycle circling the pool area and cars parked around it. As soon as we pulled our pick up truck into the hotel portico to check in, he started casing our truck and us, clearly looking around to see what he get out of our truck. When I approached the front door, it was locked. The clerk directed me to then pass my cards and id through a bullet proof glass window hole. I asked if he would let me inside to check in since there was a guy outside actively casing me and my vehicle. The clerk refused. I asked if would call the police to have the man on the bicycle removed from the property since he wasn't a guest. The clerk refused to do that to. When the clerk watched another homeless man with leaking bandages and no shoes cross the street and come onto the hotel property and use the pool area. I wouldn't stay at that hotel if it was the last on earth and Expedia should remove it from it's platform immediately.

Hotel is in a rough neighborhood and our room sas in horrendous condition. There was glass on the floor and it was grossly unswept. The room stunk of mold/must which we figured was fhe humidity but upon pulling the sofa sleeper, it was discovered it aas covered in mold and bedbugs.
