Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two ensuite bedrooms feature king beds, while a third bedroom offers a queen bed. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds with themed decor. Additional sleeping space is available with two queen sofa beds in the living areas.

Multiple gathering areas give everyone room to relax or stay engaged. The main living room includes a 65 inch HDTV with streaming services and cable, with Smart TVs throughout the home. The air-conditioned game room features arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, and themed elements, along with board games and life size games for shared indoor fun.
