The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as you step onto the pool deck, the water glistening under the sun and inviting you to a quiet morning dip before a day of theme‑park excitement. In the evenings, the two living areas beckon you to unwind, while the dining table gathers everyone for a relaxed meal under the open sky. Throughout the home, spacious rooms and thoughtful touches create a comfortable retreat for large groups staying near Davenport’s top attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across two floors, the seven bedrooms provide ample space for up to 14 guests. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king bed, each with an attached bathroom. Upstairs includes a bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom, two bedrooms each featuring a king bed with attached bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms offering two twin beds each. In total, 5.5 bathrooms ensure convenience for the whole group.



Outdoor living

A private pool and spa sit just beyond the main living area, offering an easy transition between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The pool deck provides room to cool off or lounge in the shade, and pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill let you enjoy the Florida warmth at your own pace.



Kitchen & dining

The large kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and the essentials you need to prepare meals for the group. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose the setting that suits the moment, while high‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support any remote needs during your stay.



Entertainment & comfort

Two living areas feature flat‑screen TVs, and a game room adds extra fun with a ping pong table. Air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and provided linens, towels, and bathroom basics keep the home running smoothly. Ceiling fans and ample clothing storage add ease to longer stays.



Neighborhood

Located within Solterra Resort, you gain access to community amenities such as a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and other recreational areas (fees may apply). The property is a short drive from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and a variety of local shops and restaurants.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.

The Solterra Resort Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cafe, Fitness Center, Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts, and Recreational Area.



Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
