This is a beautifully appointed private pool home in a peaceful location with sweeping views over the golf course situated on the popular and well-located community of Highlands Reserve, offering easy access to all major Orlando attractions. This immaculate home offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, two dining areas, two lounges and a spectacular pool deck with large private swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is beautifully themed throughout in coastal decor with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Outside the patio boasts a large, covered lanai, furnished with a patio table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the Florida climate. A grill is also provided for use while you stay. There is a large games room with a full-size air hockey table, snooker table and foosball. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; a master king suite, a queen suite and two rooms with two twin beds in each sleeping 8 guests. A further room off the master king bedroom has a full-size bed suitable for additional children, taking the maximum occupancy to 10 guests. There is private driveway parking right outside the home. The neighborhood is peaceful and private. Regret no smoking or pets. Pool/jacuzzi heat is available upon request for an additional fee. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and stores located nearby.
