Description

This four bedroom three bath townhouse contains over 1482 square feet of living space. The first floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, including glasses and utensils, a beautifully appointed dining/living room area with table seating for six, as well as a shared full bathroom. The first floor Master Suite has a queen bed and a full bath en suite. On the Second floor is the Master Suite which features a king sizes bed, private full bath and walk in closet, whereas the second and third bedrooms both have two twin beds and a full shared bathroom. All the bedrooms have TV's. The laundry area, contains a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, mop and broom and the whole townhome does allow for wireless internet as well.

PLEASE NOTE:

Upon arrival at Regal Palms, you will need to check in at the Front Desk located at 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897, where you will be asked to present a valid ID, your reservation paperwork and car license plate number to obtain your car parking decal and resort bracelets.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa Clubhouse charges a mandatory $20 +tax per night resort fee for use of the resort's amenities. This fee covers your entire family/party staying at the property.

*SNOWBIRD RESORT FEE DISCOUNT:
Guest must stay 28 days or more between November 1 to March 31 to qualify for the snowbird rate. The monthly Snowbird Rate will be $369.60 with taxes ($330.00 before taxes). Any additional day past 30 will be $11.00 + $1.32 (12% tax) = $12.32 total. If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honored under the monthly Snowbird Rate but they have to pay the full $369.60. Maximum length of stay is 90 days.

For inquiries and reservations made on or after May 10, the rate quoted includes the daily resort fee charged by Regal Palms Resort.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
