rooms, full kitchen and dining for 6, washer and dryer, high chair and crib. Walk to groceries,

restaurants and Starbucks; about 20 minutes to Walt Disney World.



The Space:

Two living rooms: a cozy front room with a loveseat, two chairs and a fireplace, and a bright rear family room with tall ceilings, a large sectional and smart TV. Sliding doors open to the lanai with

a private pool, attached hot tub and plenty of seating.



The kitchen has stainless appliances, a bay-window breakfast nook, counter seating for 3 and a dining table for 6. The game room (a converted garage) has a pool table, foosball, two reclining

leather sofas, a high-top table and a smart TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:

If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• Pool and spa heat is available for $29 per night for the whole stay. Please book it at least 48 hours before arrival. In cold snaps (below 60°F) the heater can only warm the water 15–20°F above the air temperature.



Calabay Parc is a quiet residential community in Davenport. Groceries, restaurants and Starbucks are within walking distance. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away, Universal about 45 and

LEGOLAND Florida about 35, with golf and outlet shopping nearby.

The property was as listed, but the pictures did not do it justice. The house was clean and modern, and the floor plan was excellent to give separate spaces and plenty of shared space for large groups! We very much enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the clean, hot spa tub and pool. We will definitely stay here again on our annual trips to the area!

My family and I had a blast we enjoyed the house with a few exceptions a broken chair and the beds wee a little to hard other than that we had a wonderful time space was awesome and kids enjoyed pool and game room.
