The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The room smelled musty, but the smell was better once was the AC was shut off. My one complaint was all the hidden fees. I ended up paying more than the price quoted for me on Expedia and the price upon check-in. At the end, the price was fair and comparable to other hotels in the area. I don’t know if I would have stayed if I knew the true price of stay. It feels dishonest.

Great hotel near parks.

Found this place by chance and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Very clean and everyone is so nice and anxious to please. Close to all the parks and lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Stay was okay but the refrigerator in our room was unplugged and we didnt notice until the next morning when all my sons milk was bad along with some items we picked up at a local bakery. We ask to have the items replaced and were told no manger was on site until later that morning, and they would reach out. We were given a small bottle of milk at the time for free. Two days later we get an email saying staff found no items left in the room (all spoiled food was left on the dresser under the tv) and the refrigerator was plugged in. Just know if you do have issues they will just call you a liar. So enjoy that.
