Old suites non liveable, renovated suites are okay

Really old place, the original room I booked turned out to be a room from 1930s untouched. Paid additional to newly renovated flat. It had broken mesh screens, sticky living room remote, partially working bedroom report. The kitchen didn’t have a sponge and house keeping did not do anything other than replace towels.

Very clean, great service and people.

Stayed here with my daughter for volleyball tournament. It was a great price for the space you get. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The room is a bit older, but well maintained. Kitchen area was newer. When we arrived the hot water was not working. They handled it well, offered us another room just to shower in for that night until they could fix it next day. They fixed it next day no trouble. Had to book totally last minute because we did not look carefully enough at the other hotel we booked which was terrible. So happy we found this place, it was so comfortable and a great price. Will for sure look here next year.

Stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo with a full living room, dining area and kitchen. Surprised to find such an affordable and well kept property. All of the employees we encountered during our 3 day/2 night stay were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, check-in/ check out was a breeze, pool area was nice although the chairs could use a little updating. But for the price point I don’t mind it at all. We have a new place to stay when we drive up from South Florida. It’s also a convenient distance from all the parks and stores.

The property was grime but the rooms need to be updated. The fold out couch seemed broken and uncomfortable and there was a musky smell when you turned on the air conditioning.

Check in was an ease. Apartment was remodeld to a more updated feel. Beds were comfy. Noise does carry from upstairs residents, hearing them walk around and such. Another downside to the room was that an apparent window leak was allowing rain inside leaving us a nice little pool on the floor. The resturant food was so so...service was horrible, only 2 employees attending tables when the place was getting filled with people. Waited over an hour for my second serving of unlimited taco night! Overpriced as well.

Our Stay was ok. They came in and changed our towels and emptied the trash but the sheets or pillow cases wasn't and we were there for a week. Also note that the washer and dryer was not located in the room. It was on the 3rd floor and we were on the 1st floor and it was $3 per wash and $3 per dry.
