They gave us the room right next to the entrance and exit of the building that breakfast is in, so it was quite literally nonstop yelling parents, couples arguing, screaming children running around, and the door opening and slamming shut every 8 seconds or less. The gap under the door added to the already non-existent sound proofing, and considering we didn’t get in until almost 4am, we got very little sleep. Since I was awoken bright and early by the stampede of loud and irritated guests all trying to make their way to Disney and other nearby parks, I thought I’d check out the breakfast and the staff working in there was actually doing a pretty great job all things considered. Overall, not the worst hotel, but considering how terribly unlucky we got with our room I really hope we don’t have to stay there again.

Sorry but this was a terrible experience. Room had strong odor of bleach that made me my wife and kids sick to our stomach and migraine the next day. Bathroom had mold and mildew that was painted over to disguise it. we could not use it because we did not want to breathe mold and bleach fumes. Did not feel safe because balcony connects to neighbors room. We heard two gunshots at night. We complained to mgmt and all they said is they will tell housekeeping to not use so much bleach. We checked out early to get out of there as soon as possible. Will never stay there again and won’t recommend it to anyone. Perhaps we got a bad room but it should t even be legal to rent that in those conditions. Check in staff was nice but that’s bout it. Hopefully they can address some of those issues for future guests wellbeing

Property is completely surrounded by a gate. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. They dont clean the rooms daily and only have one person working the front to handle check ins. I waited an hour in line to check in.
