Everything was awesome! Room very clean and loved the shower! The staff was very nice and bilingual. The pool area and playground was awesome even had a bathroom and a walk out deck. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

It was ok at check-in was a smooth process we were so thirsty when. We got there and wanted water that their snack bar had no water the fridge was empty had to get a uber deliver water for us. Breakfast was ok only ate there the next morning don’t think we ate real Eggs. The people at the front desk were Very nice and helpful but other staff roaming around they don’t even look at you they only look down at the ground and me trying to be polite to say good morning or good afternoon some of them had faces like they are mad or don’t want to even be there.

Hotel was okay, went for a post cruise night, good place to crash for the night. Didn't like the resort fee especially since we went got back to the hotel at 2 am from HHN and checkout was at 11 am. Didn't take advantage of any of the amenities but still had to pay

Horrible hotel. Toilet seat broken, cold food, hair in food. Rude staff. Rufuses to give money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, even if it’s was the last place on earth.

Breakfast was very nice however I was a little sad that the meat choice was only pork. Everything else was superb. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional 10/10. Pool was nice, the property was beautifully decorated and the amenities were awesome. The staff although friendly was not knowledgeable about the establishment, I asked for adjoining rooms for my group and was assured we were, only to find out we were not in adjoining rooms. The staff went by a list and not knowledge of the actual facility, we would stay again. This hotel was definitely a 10/10.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night, it was great and affordable for us. Only complaint would be that there was a lot of people for breakfast so get there early so you can find a seat and enjoy eating!

Staff was great, didn’t try the breakfast, nice location. Renovations on the rooms were not made appropriately, there were things falling and coming out of place in the room. Overall, we were there to shower and sleep.
