Your next amazing Walt Disney World or Universal Studios vacation awaits you at our Orlando Oasis. This stunning non-smoking 3-bedroom 1,800 square foot townhome with its own private pool in the desirable Enclaves at Festivals Resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fun for your Florida vacation! Whether you're a family with young children, a group of friends, or a multi-generational family, this spacious retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Our townhouse is decorated with classic Mickey, Marvel and Star Wars themes throughout. Our goal was to make the place feel comfortable while being surrounded by those magical and adventurous characters you love!

The living room boasts a 65” Roku TV and for that time away from screens, there are over a dozen board and card games for the family to play. The kitchen provides all of the necessities to create those family dishes you love while being away from home or you can grill on the included BBQ on the patio. Upstairs you have a loft that could be a second lounge area to watch TV or use as an additional bedroom. You may be hard press to get the children to leave their bunk room that has a gaming alcove with a custom built retro gaming console that includes over 5,000 games. We have also included a Nintendo Switch dock (Switch not provided), to enjoy their own games.

There is brand new 1gb high speed Wifi 6e and ethernet ports throughout the townhome.

The community amenities include another heated resort style pool, kid’s splash pad, fitness center, arcade and soon to be restaurant.
