Horrible bed bugs

We left July 29,2023 bed bugs ,,dirty house your so call 24/7 emergency personnels just kept taking messages and no one ever responded back i sent numerous emails after unanswered phone calls no family wants to stay in a house with infestations of bed bugs biteing on us as they did my daughter , thats why we had to leave ,we have pictures of filthy living conditions of your facilities that we paid well over $2000 for and we have to endure unhealthy living conditions being bit by bed begs, dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty tables, other people dirty clothes and items still here as if other people already still staying here , broken beds, old damage pool tables, broken pictures, dirty refrigerator, missing racks on refrigerator, locks broken , false advertising. OLD dirty broken furniture, cracked floors, dirty blankets and chairs. This is an embarrassment and disgrace to our family. We were still waiting for someone to come and look at the pictures, we need a number to see if we can send pictures to a cell phone number of the bed bugs and my daughter bites all over her back. I would truly like to know how this unhealthy serious issue will be resolved and handled professionally before we send everything to the BBB, all social media platforms and the health department then notifying the news stations. We sent an email and called several times about all this, We left early on the next day

Awful

The only good thing about his property was the space, other than that, it was AWFUL. There were a lot of issues with this property. The water jets did not work in the Jacuzzi, neither did the Dryer. I called maintenance and they stated they were coming but never did. Other items that didn't work was the ice maker, kitchen outlets, microwave and even the oven. This house was not cleaned well. My wife had to clean before our guest arrived. Cob webs and spider webs were all over the place, There was mold in the showers. The garage has a pool and fuse ball table but both of these items are on their last leg. The pool sticks had broken tips. There was a lot off broken chairs in the garage that the owners tried turning into a game room. Please save your money and spend it some where else. The property managers do not care about you. Also, if you have guest that come over and parked there cars on the street....they will be towed. This didn't happen to me but there were other renters in this neighborhood that has their cars towed away. There are no street signs warning you about this.

Great property for large family!!

This house had loads of room! Def ideal for big families! House had a few minor maintenance issues like the weather stripping needs to be replaced on the front door and some of the furniture seemed a little shabby and in need of an upgrade. But we were out and about most of the time so didn’t really bother us! Pool was great…wished we had paid the extra money though for it to be heated. Even with almost 90 degree weather, water was still a little on the cold side. Location was good and close enough to attractions, dining, etc. Traffic was a little crazy around morning and evening rush hour so keep in mind when you head out. We most def had a great time and would recommend this vacation home to anyone traveling to Kissimmee!

Large property with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Easy to fine. TVs and the internet were spotty and did not work all the time. Ants in the owner's suite bathroom. Floors are unclean and not enough parking given the number of rooms/people who can stay in the property.

The house was plenty big enough for 15 people, but it wasn't properly cleaned prior to arrival. I contacted Customer Service and they sent someone out right away. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

It was FANTASTIC!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

This was an AWESOME house! It was more than we expected. The accommodations were perfect for my family. The highlight was the pool for the kids. The only problem we had was the master tub was not functional at the time. However, this home still made beautuful memories for my family and I. Also, it was close to all the Disney Parks, shopping, and restaurants. We will revisit in the future. This is a perfect home and I recommend it to everyone.
