The kitchen is perfect for those times that dining in makes sense and includes upgraded cabinetry and tile along with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is plenty of seating at the kitchen bar along with a large dining room table - perfect for bonding during meal times. The home features a 60 inch flat screen TV along with a 48 inch flat screen. There is even a game room with billiards, air hockey and a stand-up multi-video arcade game. Don''t forget that Florida is known for its sunshine and this home has a Southwest facing pool along with a spa so you''ll be able to enjoy being outside for hours on end. There is also wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
