Welcome to our spacious luxury family home in the beautiful Windsor Island Resort, where modern comfort, resort-style amenities, and plenty of space come together to create the perfect Orlando vacation.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by bright, sun-filled interiors designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The open-concept layout provides plenty of room for families and groups to gather, while multiple living areas offer space to spread out and unwind after an exciting day at the theme parks.

For a smooth and hassle-free arrival, all guests must be registered in the resort’s gate system prior to check-in.

FIRST FLOOR

After a fun-filled day at Disney and Orlando’s attractions, settle into the comfortable main living room and enjoy your favourite movies and shows on the large Smart TV. With plenty of seating, it’s the perfect place for the whole family to relax together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick snack, including appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Just off the kitchen is a spacious dining area with additional seating at the stylish breakfast bar, making family meals easy and enjoyable. Prefer to take the night off from cooking? You’ll find a wide selection of restaurants and dining options just a short drive away.

Open the sliding glass doors and extend your living space outdoors to the covered lanai, alfresco dining area, and private resort-style pool and spa—a wonderful place to swim, relax, dine, and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious loft and second living area designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

Our home is located in Windsor Island Resort, one of the newest and most desired resort communities in the Orlando area. This 24/7 manned and gated community provides a secure, serene environment, just a 25-minute drive from Disney and close to major shopping centers and restaurants.

Getting Around
Convenient on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles. This includes two spaces in the garage, two on the driveway, and one on the curbside.

Planning to arrive a little earlier or need some extra time before departure? Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to check availability. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 per hour, subject to availability.

Pool Heating (Optional)
$35 per day

Enjoy a warm and comfortable pool throughout your stay! Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before check-in to allow enough time for the water to reach a comfortable temperature.

Pool Heating – Important Information

Pool Heater Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Please submit your pool heating request at least 2 days before your arrival. If pool heating is requested, it must be activated for the entire duration of your stay.

During the colder winter months, the pool will typically reach approximately 78–82°F. Because pool heaters rely on the surrounding air temperature, they may not be able to maintain higher temperatures during unusually cold weather.

Please note:

Maximum pool temperature is 90°F.
The attached spa is not a Jacuzzi and does not have jets.
The spa will heat only when the pool heating service is activated.
Pool heaters operate using a heat-exchange system, so heating performance may be reduced during cold weather.
Refunds cannot be provided when the pool heater's performance is affected by cold or extreme weather conditions.
The heating system is equipped with automatic safety controls. During extreme weather, the system may temporarily shut down to protect the equipment and ensure safe operation.

We appreciate your understanding, particularly during the colder winter months.

BBQ Grill: The BBQ grill is provided complimentary for your enjoyment. Please note that we do not monitor the propane level in the tank. If the tank is empty upon your arrival or runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the propane tank as needed.

House Rules
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, in the pool/patio area, and in front of the home’s entrance.
The resort allows a maximum of 5 vehicles per reservation.

Important: A $350 smoking fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

Additional Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival:

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towel
Two trash bags
Dish sponge and dish detergent
Dishwasher pods
Basic toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner

These supplies are intended as a starter set only. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food, condiments, spices, and seasonings are not provided.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not included.
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest's arrival.
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of $395.
Washcloths are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.

Trash Disposal

To help keep the home and resort clean and comfortable, please follow these trash disposal guidelines:

All garbage must be securely placed inside trash bags before being placed in the garbage bin.
Do not place loose garbage or unbagged items directly into the garbage bin.
Do not place loose garbage inside cardboard boxes and put them in the bin.
Please dispose of household trash regularly and follow all resort trash disposal guidelines.

Important: The resort requires all household garbage to be properly bagged.

To help keep the home and resort clean and comfortable, please dispose of household trash daily in the designated resort dumpster and follow all resort trash-disposal guidelines.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
