We didn't expect this condo to be in a resort so that certainly elevated our stay. Everything was great, staff was very friendly and attentive and the condo was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Bed were comfortable and space was nice. We would come back again in the future.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean, helpful staff. I definitely think they need more staff at the coffee bar because that’s the only place to get breakfast and coffee. Additionally the free shuttle service to the park was great however, they only offer three in the morning. It would’ve been nice if that was offered at more times throughout the day.

Perfect for a small family or a bunch of friends. The place has a kitchen, dishwasher, washer & Dryer, two big bathrooms, TVs, 3 beds and a pull out. Check in and check out very easy. Pool and jacuzzi!

Spring Break Universal

This was the perfect place for a quick spring break trip to Universal with the family. There is a good bit of construction going on around the property so just be sure to pay attention coming and going. Other than that minor inconvenience it was perfect for the four of us. Adults had a room and bathroom to themselves and so did the kids. Convenient to have a full kitchen as well. The owner was easy to work with and communicate with before the stay. No need during but I’m sure we would have heard back quickly.

This was a perfect location right by Universal which was only 10 minutes away. We had a Great Lake view and the process of checking in and out was really easy.

The location was perfect, and the amenities were great for the trip. There were some issues with ants in our bathroom, and issues with the facilities that were outside the host’s control. Overall, very happy.

Great Unit and a convenient location

Unit was a very great rental. The only thing that we found lacking was that there is no garbage cans when we got there, however, the hotel staff took care of that right away! Break, conveniently located to universal theme, parks, and very close to numerous dining options. Would highly recommend this again.

Great location and property

Very nice hotel and it was right outside of Universal. Only thing we didn't like was not being able to lower a/c at night. It would not go below 68, but its fine for others. We just like it a little colder when we sleep.
