I would not book this place EVER. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom AC fan falling out of the ceiling, multiple broke outlets, outlets hanging out, food left in the fridge and freezer, an addition being built on with insulation and wires hanging off and the door to it just being taped halfway over with cardboard and tape. The maintenance man also has a workshop in the backyard and is “on property all the time” (his words) with his massive Rottweiler that he lets roam the front and back yard free. They will not disclose any of this and when you complain, they will say he is in an area not accessible to tenants, but that is not true as the backyard is accessible and a grill in it is even listed as an amenity.It also is not the nicest area, had a broke down car parked in one of the spots, and various finishes throughout the home were not finished, disgusting, or obviously thrown together in a rush. It also wasn’t completely clean with there being dirt inside the shower area The host will also tell you that there is no proof of anything said even after you send them 10 pictures of everything. Do NOT stay in this run down property.
