I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and there was visible water damage to the bathroom floor and door, which also made the door difficult to close. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the hallway and room, and the carpets were dirty. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience, and I will not be staying here again.

Inside the hotel once you leave the reception area the place is disgusting. The carpet is badly stained and smells of mold. (Very filthy) The room that I was in had roaches. The daytime staff at check-in had a very poor attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. When walking my dog the next morning before check out there were drug dealers dealing drugs to another individual that had pulled up beside the dealers car. This place is the pits and I WILL NOT stay here again.

No surface in the entire hotel was clean-dark unwashes carpet, splatters on walls, and the hallways smelled like cat pee and rotting garbage. The rooms were much cleaner than the hallways, but the bedding was moist and soggy. I was surprised how unclean it was. The staff was really friendly.

You’re probably looking at this motel because of the cheap price, but it is cheap for a reason. The room I was given by the pool smelled like wet feet. The towels in my bathrooms had human hairs on them. The wifi that they advertise does not work(conveniently it only works in the lobby) and the TV’s are slow and outdated. If you just need a place to sleep it’s alright, but if you plan to spend more than an hour in the room on your vacation, look somewhere else for your own health, safety, and sanity.

Very dirty hotel, with a strong smell of dog urine, marijuana, and tobacco. The bathroom was filthy. Although it is close to Universal Studios, it is not habitable. Infested with fleas. I am a Hotels.com customer and have always had great experiences around the world, but this time it was a total disappointment. This hotel does not deserve to be part of the Hotels.com portfolio!

Convenient Location, But Room Disappointments The hotel is in a great spot—just a 1.5-mile walk to Universal Studios, with Denny’s and IHOP nearby for easy dining. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. However, amenities are minimal. Unfortunately, the room I originally booked wasn’t available, and the one I received had a strong mold or mildew smell and felt very humid upon arrival. On the plus side, the AC was powerful and kept the room cold. Noise was a constant issue—you can hear every door opening and closing throughout the night.

Bad attitude

When I was there they said for early check in will be $40 , I said OK I can wait till the check in time. They have a sign said the waiting time at the lobby is maximum 10 min. Suppose to wait outside feeling more than 90 degrees under the Florida sun, humidity and sporadic showers. Then like I said it’s completely insane and unsafe, the front desk found a room for me. Inside the room I found out it hadn’t microwave and fridge… that I already paid for those. I told her about the missing stuff and she said I didn’t pay for those. Then she said let me see… after she saw something in the reservation notes. I showed her my reservation and finally she gave me another room with microwave and fridge. Another thing it’s not nice is they don’t take your luggage neither before or after your stay… so you can go to enjoy the theme parks… the most important reason people traveling to Orlando. Another thing the room smells like dog room.

I have been visiting this property for more than 20 years. This is the first time that I need to express that the staff was not that friendly. No additional towels and pillows available. Hallway rug was dirty. Roaches around. Need to pay more attention to cleaning and improve customer service
