Our peaceful neighborhood provides a quiet retreat after busy days at the parks while keeping you close to everything you came to enjoy.
EXTRAS:
** For safety purposes, we have installed security cameras around the outside of the house. We have 3 cameras in the front of the house facing the main points entrances, I have 1 camera in the right side, I have 1 in the left side of the property, and I have 1 last camera in the back area on top of the pool (just for security reasons.)Note all cameras are only video.

** For pool/spa heating options there will be a $50 per night fee. If heater service is decided after your check in date, extra charges may apply.

** Pets less than 20lbs are allowed with a $125 up charge.

** Gas Grill available with an option to use with upcharge fee.

Get charged extra to use grill and pool / spa heater per night the a/c kept getting turned up as they have control of it from phone and also pool lights
