This modern / contemporary and comfortably appointed home includes cable TV in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a master ensuite with double shower, an easy access 1st floor bedroom, Disney, and Superhero themed rooms. A spacious lanai and pool with a hot tub. There's a large yard for the kids to run around - or play corn-hole or Jumbo Connect-4 games, which are provided. Great for BBQs days when you want to use the outdoor BBQ grill (available for a fee). There are 6 lounge chairs surrounding the pool and a family sized table with chairs on the lanai. Have a peaceful backyard sunset bar-b-que, and then enjoy the lighted pool and landscape in the evening.

Looking for a memorable experience? You won't have to leave the house! There's an Xbox in the upstairs loft area, and in the game room you'll have a 3 in 1 pool/ping-pong/air hockey table, foosball table, kids ping pong table and basketball game.
