Less than ten minutes to Walt Disney World® Resort and even less time to a variety of restaurants, shops and even a local vinery, this home has been fully refurbished throughout to an extremely high standard. The tasteful decor that greets you extends to every room in the house with open plan living and dining areas which are just gorgeous and include a newly installed kitchen, complimented with new stainless-steel appliances. Themed colors of blue hues, peaches and golds adorn throughout.  There are two master en-suite bedrooms, one on the first floor has direct access on to the pool deck, with the second located on the upper floor with access on to a balcony overlooking the lake.  Also on the first floor is a queen bedded room, house shower room and laundry facilities. On the upper floor there is a twin bedded nautical themed bedroom and a further tri bunk bedroom, sharing a bathroom. The property provides parking for two cars on the private drive with community playground and pool opposite for guests with younger children to enjoy. Regret smoking not permitted inside the house of any kind and no pets allowed. Pool heat is optional and chargeable at a daily rate for the full duration of any stay.
