The grounds where very dirty. The elevators nasty. No ice machines. My floor was soaked. For the price it was a waste. I asked for a certain room away from elevators. He declined to honor it. Towels was worn. No wash cloths. Holes in doors stuffed with paper. Dark in places. Reminded me of a scary movie. Exteriors nasty. I dont take pics anymore. Because Hotels.com doesn't allow the truth to be displayed.

Facility is not well maintained and there are roaches inside and outside the rooms. Carpets are dirty. The pool was dirty and not maintained, besides there was loud music playing until late at night. The people selling Disney entrances were very aggressive and they even follow my boyfriend to the parking lot trying to sell him a package. The “complimentary” breakfast was bad and cold. Our overall experience with this place was terrible. We will never stay or recommend this place to our friends and family.

I dont even know where to begin. This place is nothing like the pictures at all. It is run down and nasty. We got in late due to a flight delay and we checked in and went to our room. Upon opening the room door the stench of mildew and mold eminated from the room. It was 1130pm and my children hadnt eaten yet so we went to grab them food. While walking thru the outdoor hallways there were "women by the hour" if you know what i mean. Drinking and partying. When we returned we were having problems breathing as the smell was soo bad. I was gonna try to stay one night and find a new place in the morning but i didnt want to risk my families lives staying there. My throat had already began closing up. I told the receptionist we cant stay there. The room is nasty and moldy and she offered to change rooms. I told her they are all gonna be like that. She refunded my damage deposit and resort fees and we left. The hotel has refused to refund us. If i can save other people their money and health. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN. Ps. There were bugs crawling all over the sink in the bathroom.

There were bugs in our room Ants and spiders. The staff looked at you crazy for requesting towels. The pictures are of how the place use to look. Pool and bar was good. They also need to get the elevator fixed and update the room’s lights. So dark.

The complete property smell like cigars, it feels very unsafe, looks like people are living there, no just on vacation, the pool was dirty, green dirty, and out of service, the shower was clogged. Awful. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone, specially not with children or women's alone.

It’s very close to Seaworld and other theme parks very affordable downside is you can’t take breakfast to your room and they charge you hidden fees when you get there three dollar charge per day

This property is in serious need of a renovation. The decor and all the furniture and beds were extremely dated. The food that they serve for breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Their pool was closed for maintenance and we should’ve been notified prior to confirming our booking… Our kids were extremely disappointed and upset that they couldn’t use the pool. Spend a bit more money and just stay someplace else
