Nerve again

Horrible customer service. Pool was not heated also dirty once we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking. Bed felt like a sink hole.

I would not recommend the poperty @Solterra 6086 Broad Oak dr to any family. My wife had to wash linen, towels,dishes pots and pans,clean dired feces off the banister, everything had a red candy sticky surface.The electrical oultlets didnt work or were burned the furniture was dirty or broken.And noone from WonderVacation homes replied to any of texts messages,or emails. I will never stay at Solterra again .My family visits Orlando every year for our summer vacation. I have never experienced this at any if the other properties I have stayed at.
