This property was clean and ready for our stay. We were at a 5 day long horse show at Sliver Spurs Arena and this house was a two minute drive from the arena. We stay in this neighborhood every year and have always enjoyed it.

Property was clean, spacious, and inviting. Owner provided everything we needed: towels, pots and pans, linens. The game room was the best room of the house. House was located near the Turnpike, close to supermarkets and stores. Thank you very much for the best vacation ever.

The home and location were exactly what we were looking for. We would enjoy staying here again in the future. The only reason to give only 4 stars for cleanliness is that they have not been cleaning under the beds and behind the furniture, which we discovered while checking out, and looking for items that might have fallen on the floor or behind the furniture.

Our party of 9 had a pleasant stay at this property. Beer sent us instructions prior to our arrival which made the checkin simple and easy to understand. The space was clean and comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and in a gated community. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond from the screened in pool/patio area. The pool was the perfect size for children to enjoy. Communication with the house manager was excellent. We would stay there again.
