I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. I had a confirmed reservation made a week in advance and even called on the day of arrival to reconfirm. After driving 18 hours, I arrived expecting a smooth check-in but instead faced multiple issues.
My sister and I waited several minutes at the front desk while the employee on duty ignored us and spoke to himself. When he finally addressed us, his tone was disrespectful, asking why we were “just standing there like we’re shy” and telling us to “use our mouths” to ask for help.
Despite this, we proceeded to check in. My sister received her key, but I was given a room that was already occupied (Room 220). I was reassigned to another room (Room 124), which also contained another guest’s belongings. When I asked for a printed receipt, the employee became visibly irritated and questioned why I wanted it.
At 1:30 a.m., he informed me the hotel was fully booked, leaving me and my children without a room after an 18-hour drive. The entire experience was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am requesting a full investigation, a refund, and follow-up regarding this employee’s conduct. In addition to the mishandling of my reservation, the staff member’s demeanor, hygiene, and behavior were entirely unprofessional and concerning. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from you.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
