Staff was pleasant, but had an issue with the shower drain getting clogged up everyday. Was cleaned the first time I said something, but asked two more times and no one came to clean it out. Also the floors were dirty. The rug needs shampooing and housekeeping needs to do better. Found hair on the bathroom floor. Complained at the front desk about the shower drain being clogged when checking out and the staff member didn’t seem to care. Therefore, will not recommend or book this location again.

Parking area is very dark didn’t feel safe at all. The room half way finished from the remodeling. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock it kept getting stuck. Shower sliding door didn’t close all the way all the water splashed out. No hair dryer. Stains on the walls and door. I understand the place is under construction to make it look better but make sure the room you rent out is completely finished.

Went to the room 2x with keys that didn't work; 3rd time we went a gentleman came with us and said we just need to "shove" the door; at that point I asked for a different room. The room had coffee and cups, but no coffeemaker? There was ZERO water pressure in the shower. The duvet was not on the bed but in the closet. A lot of hallway noise and there was construction items everywhere.

Apparently they are getting the hotel changed to a brand name...they have a little ways to go yet but our experience was good overall....the staff were all friendly and helpful...the room was clean but the window would not lock and the shower door would not stay shut. The pool area was clean for sunbathing but the pool was not heated so it was too cold for swimming...the breakfast had a good hot selection but the island was too large for the area and caused congestion during the peak hours 8:30-9:30 am The staff were all helpful and courteous overall we had a good experience and would come back

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel felt very warm throughout our stay, and with only one elevator it was often faster to take the stairs to the fourth floor. Breakfast was okay, but there was no fresh fruit offered during our five mornings there. This property surprised me in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the lobby is very nice and clean. The front desk people were friendly & offered a smooth check-in/check-out experience. Our room was super clean. The size of the room was perfect for 4 guests and I would even dare say for 5. The beds were comfortable. Everything was organized. I would definitely stay here again. Having parking on-site for free was a nice addition. We did not get to use the pool because it was cold but it looked taken care of. The only issue I had was that since “shuttle service” to the park was offered I assumed that it would be an all day thing. But, it is only offered to Epcot and one of the other parks with only 1 time available to leave (9:40AM) and 1 time to come back (6:40PM). It was not worth it. Overall, great place to stay with the family and you are a 15 min drive from Magic Kingdom.

We stayed seven nights. The beds were generally comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The first room we had three all together was smelly. The fridge didn't work and they kept leaving us coffee but we didn't have a coffee maker asked for it for 3 days. Still nothing. Second room we get all settled in. Realized the door does not even lock security issue. Third room everything seems to be working well. The beds were comfortable. Fridge was working but the air conditioner thumped all night long and no hot water for showers for the next 3 days. All in all I do not recommend this hotel. It's overpriced even though they are updating and refurbing it. This needs a lot of work and it's just not worth the money they're charging. The breakfast was hot and delicious but they didn't advise us that they shortened the hours from 6:30 to 9:30 to 7:30 to 9:30 which impacted our Park plans with nothing available from 6:30 to 7:30. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was cold and there were no pool towels available. We had to go to the desk then they gave us some bath towels. Even then they didn't have very many available The service to the rooms was average. They would consistently forget to leave four towels. Since we had four people in the room. We'd only have two or three towels. It was very inconsistent and I always had to make the effort to go down and get extra towels. I would not return to this hotel or nor do I recommend this place to stay again.

The room was excellent, great price for a really great space, clean, great bathrooms. The included breakfast was really good for the price, and for the most of the hotels you have to pay parking but this one includes parking for the same price. Honestly is one of the best hotel options for the price and the great quality, and it’s also close of the all the attractions in Orlando. If I have to change something to improve the experience in the hotel, I will change the quality of the bathroom towels, they are not the best but still not bad. Five stars hotel

Hotel was pretty clean, except for the renovations going on but we were warned beforehand of the renovations so not really that big of a problem there. The transportation, specifically to the Disney and universal properties, are lacking as in there is only one shuttle to one Disney park and one universal per day, but plenty of shuttles to the shopping centers. Breakfast was limited but not bad by any means. It was exceptional. The room we had was average, lacking in shower shelves causing you to have to put your shower products elsewhere (the towel rack outside of the shower or the floor),room was pretty clean other than there seemed to be mold growing on a framed picture in the bathroom. Microwave in room appeared to be in French so it was difficult to read instructions, the door handle lock for the bathroom was broken it was pushed into the door handle, broken trim around sprinkler in bedroom, loud a/c unit thumped throughout the night may wake up light sleepers. Overall not a bad stay its decently priced and a good option for a tight budget, I’m certain with time the hotel will improve. The staff was very competent and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again.
