We were very disappointed with a number of things with this rental.We had issues with the property manager before arriving at this property. As documented/communications with VRBO, there was a terrible lack of communication with the property manager. Terrible experience. We thought we would have to cancel our vacation the day before the left. I have booked a number of times with VRBO and had a great experience BUT not this time!Not sure I will use VRBO again. Makes me very nervous!1. When we arrived at the property, there was gas for hot water, no Internet, no cable TV, no pool towels. We did not have hot water to take showers until the second day in the afternoon. We had to wait for the gas company to send someone out and be present for them to turn the gas on. That was very gross not being able to shower for two days. And we were unable to cook at the house because there was no gas.2. We got pool towels and extra blankets on the second day.3. I booked this particular property because it advertised we would have access to the reunion resort, waterpark, Golf Course, foot golf, mini golf, tennis, pickle ball and we were unable to get armbands to access any of those amenities. I contacted the management company on several occasions and got no response or said that he would check on it and get back, but never did until the last day with an apology stating we could not have access to those amenities. we went to the reunion resort, hotel customer service to try to get armba
