• Pool Heat is available for $30 per day and must be turned on for the duration of your stay. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, it may not reached the desired temperature. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please kindly note that pool heat is not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

● Please kindly note the thermostat is locked to prevent the temperature from being set below 72°F for safety reasons and prevent the unit from freezing.

• There is no usable BBQ grill on property, however, a BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

• 10 Guests Maximum

• The home requires 1 small step for access.

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Unregistered guests are not allowed.

• Packages shipped directly to the home/resort address have a $10 handling fee. The resort does not accept packages over 30 pounds in weight, oversize boxes or perishables. Handling fees are payable at the Resort Front Desk.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.
