RESORT ACCESS – INCLUDED, NO RESORT FEES

You get access to two resort clubhouses.



Oasis Club (about 7 minutes by car): heated pools, lazy river, water park, splash pad, kids' craft zone, family cinema, arcade, gym, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, business center, Oasis bar and tiki bar.



Second clubhouse: pool, water slide, 19-hole mini golf, event stage, bar, hammocks and tiki cabanas.



Extra fee: spa, golf, restaurant and some activities.

Before arrival, we'll ask for your guest list so the resort can issue a QR code for each guest. It's required to enter.

Outside food and drinks aren't allowed in the clubhouse and pool areas.



ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR FIRST NIGHT

We leave starter supplies so you can settle in. For longer stays, plan a quick grocery run (Publix is about 1.5 miles away).



Each bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, 2 bar soaps, facial tissues, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 washcloths (more on request, up to 1 per guest per stay)

Towels: 1 per guest

Kitchen: paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 3 trash bags, 2 coffee bags and 4 condiment kits (sugar, sweetener, creamer, napkin, stirrer)

Laundry: 1 laundry detergent

Not provided: salt, pepper and cooking oil

CHECK-IN

Self check-in with a keypad. We send your door code before check-in time.



SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $400 refundable deposit is charged separately from the reservation. It's returned within 7 business days after check-out if there are no damages or cleaning issues. Stays of 28 nights or more require a $2,000 refundable deposit.



GOOD TO KNOW

- Home for vacation use only. No filming without prior authorization and no use as storage.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhouse and private pool to yourselves, plus access to both resort clubhouses (Oasis Club is about 7 minutes away by car).



Before arrival, we'll ask for your guest list so the resort can issue QR codes; every guest needs one to enter. The clubhouses are run by the resort, and outside food and drinks aren't allowed in the clubhouse and pool areas.
