The Neighborhood:

Located just ~15 minutes away from Disney World, ~2min from ChampionsGate Golf Club, ~12min from Disney Springs and ~5 minutes by car to markets, restaurants to explore. Are you in Florida and love the beach? We are located near Clearwater Beach, which is 83 miles away (about 1 hour and 30 minutes) and known for its white sand and clear waters, one os the most beautiful on the U.S. Also, Cocoa Beach is 70 miles away (about 1 hour and 15 minutes), famous for its great surf spots and the iconic Ron Jon Surf Shop.



Other Things to Note:

We are a dog friendly property! $250 flat fee for your furry family member to join you. ** We have a STRICT no party policy. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm to 8am Friday and Saturday. Any noise complaint or violation of this can result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation of stay. The pool, hot tub, and other outdoor amenities cannot be used during quiet hours**.

To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper maintenance of our pool, please observe the following rules at all times:



🤖 Pool robot/vacuum — Please do NOT remove the pool robot/vacuum from the pool under any circumstances without prior permission from our team. Unauthorized removal may result in damage to the filtration system and additional fees.

🌡️ Spa/jacuzzi — Please ensure the spa is turned off when not in use. This helps maintain the system and conserve energy for all guests.

🍷 No glass near the pool — For the safety of all guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers only.

⚙️ Pool system — Please do NOT touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool system, controls, valves, or equipment without explicit permission from our team. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to comply with any of the above pool rules will result in a fine of $1,000. Our pool maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and will determine whether any of the stated rules have been violated during your stay.

We really enjoyed the layout of the home and all the different themed rooms. The kids had fun in the playroom, the theater, the pool, and their own room. Communication was clear, the check-in process was smooth, and our host responded fairly quickly to all inquiries. However, with knowing the size of our group and length of stay, there were a lack of supplies available. The pool had clumps of hair weave in it that we had to remove when we arrived. The toilet seats and toilets themselves were not clean - though it had a sanitized strip on them. The remotes were dirty and we had to purchase our own Lysol wipes to clean them off. The movie theater room tv was very hard to get working and the sound bar did not seem to be connected - a lot of remotes. The downstairs game room fan did not work or at least there were no batteries in the remote to get it working. Downstairs was VERY hot and the A/C did not seem to kick on the lower level. Only received three trash bags, one pod for the dishwasher, and barely any dish soap. We had to purchase more dish soap. There was not dust pan for the broom. Had to purchase additional toilet paper and couldn't find any extras in the house.
