The host was amazing. Check-in was super easy and convenient. My family and I absolutely loved the home and as always Championsgate! The children and adults had a great time in the gameroom and pool area. The house was perfect for our family!

Great getaway from work

The rooms were well themed. The game room was a great way to escape! The pool on the property is a little small but we all fit and had a great time! This property does offer access to a much larger swimming area but the hours can be difficult if you have plans during the day. Our whole group enjoyed themselves!

Property is beautiful just like the pictures. There was enough room for all family and friends. Between the gameroom, the jungle room, and the secret hideout under the steps i didnt see my kids until it was time to eat. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to any concerns we had. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Amazing House, just as described!! Highly recommend!

We loved this house. We've been staying in the area for years and this has by far been our favorite house. The house was very clean, full of space and game room was great! The bunk room with the slide was so cool, and the kids loved it! Manager kept in contact making sure everything was good, which was greatly appreciated. Pool heat was on for us when we got there and we had no issues the entire trip. Would love to stay again next time we come. Highly recommend this house!

A great getaway!

The property was very nice! The property management was easy to get ahold of through the app and they were very responsive! One recommendation I would make, if you are going when the weather will be cold then I’d recommend prepaying for the pool to be heated. We made the mistake of waiting and due to the rules of VRBO we weren’t able to make it happen. We had a short trip planned and the pool takes a little bit to heat up. Other than that small hiccup we had the best time and the home was awesome! We’d stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Good times

Our stay at the home was awesome ran into a issue with the a/c and the hot tub but they had someone out to fix it extremely quick. Home slept 17 comfortably. Between the arcade and the pools we really had no need to leave the house. communication with the property management was always easy and quick. We thank you for a great family vacation. We'll definently be back again.

Nice house for families with kids

Big beautiful house with a nice game room. Really clean and spacious. Good communication with host (quick response to any questions). The pool heat was nice. The only issue we had was that one of the arcade racing games wouldn't work and the t.v. in the "secret" room under the stairs didn't work (otherwise I would give 5 stars). Other than those minor issues our stay was great and we really enjoyed the house. We would definitely stay again.

pro's & con's

Pro's as stated above. Con's - 2 of 5 nights no air upstairs over 80*s - fixed by 3rd day. Freezer gasket falls off when you open the door. Refrigerator had a small leak that left water on the floor. It's possible owners were not aware of this.One of the upstairs bedrooms remote also effected a downstairs bedroom light and fan. Would really appreciate a partial refund, as 6 guests had 2 sleepless nights due to no AC. We will see if this happens.

This one for the books

Our family went on a family vacation 4/1/24 - 4/7/24 to Orlando Florida but we stayed in Destin Florida in the champions gate community we have been doing this since 2017 we as a family carefully picked this house because in the reviews I kept seeing others say the host respond so quickly and I must say the Hospitality from the Host was absolutely nothing but top tier 10/10 I recommend the house is so big and beautiful it was a total of 20 of us and we slept perfectly and comfortably there was sooo much room the game room is amazing the kids and adults loved it this house was equipped with everything we needed all we had to do was grocery shop we were able to prepare breakfast and dinner the house had plenty of towels the private pool in the back of the house was a hit the kids swam from sun up to sun down the had a blast 6 of the rooms had king beds 2 of the rooms had 2 full beds and I never seen a room with so many twin bunks with a slide my 5 year old grandson loved it it was so much room several bathrooms I definitely recommend this house thanks gain for allowing me and my family to rent one of your vacation homes we look forward to doing business again.

Beautiful home, poor communication!

We loved the house. It was plenty big enough for our whole family. However, I made several attempts to get my husband's name on a gate pass. I was told it was taken care of and he would have no problem. When my daughters arrived late,due to flight delays, he was stopped at the gate and was told his name had not been added. This was 2 o'clock in the morning with 2 children under 5 years old! I texted, message thru VRBO and repeatedly called the managers number. I had to go pick them up and leave the other vehicle at the Publix's parking lot. (hoping it did not get towed). I finally was able to reach someone in the AM and retrieve the other vehicle. I do not blame the guard,she was doing her job, but when reviewing past messages. I have the one from the management stating " absolutely will add your husband" Nevertheless, we had a wonderful weekend with family. We were also granted a late check out because of our troubles. It just seemed like a simple issue that could have been avoided.
