this cozy and well located house, will allow you to build unforgettable moments, this 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, has the
following distribution: on the ground floor you will find, an open space to watch movies in the living room in a comfortable armchair, the kitchen and the dining room, also the first room has a private bathroom and has a queen size bed. On the second floor, the master has a king-size bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each.

Not only the atmosphere of the house will make you feel at home too, but you can also enjoy the pool with open space toward a small lake on the patio , giving this house a little more privacy since it does not have neighbors in the back. Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days.

Bella Vida resort amenities is also included with the cost of the reservation, there you will find a variety of amenities such as a gym, basketball courts, a large social area not to mention the swimming pool with spa in the heart of the Resort, adults and children are welcome at this home and of course to the club house facilities.

This community is very well located in Orlando, it is only a 15 minute drive from Disneyworld and 15 miles from Universal Studios. One of the attractions of this area is the well-known Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament Events just 0.5 miles away, a place that is within walking distance.

BellaVida Resort is located at 1172 Marcello Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746 and is open from 9am to 5pm. Not open on holidays.

The townhouse was nice and it was in an area that worked & was close to everything.The host had immediate responses until asked for a discount on an on-going sugar ant issue on the kitchen island countertop. Never received a response on that, except that they forwarded the videos and request to management. Sugar ants were all over the countertop for our entire stay. Maintenance was sent out twice, but no solution was had. The ants kept joining us where we didn’t even eat on the island.The house could have their rug cleaned as well, as it looked extremely worn out and dirty.We also spent 70 on getting the pool heated for our stay and we understand temperatures dropped, but definitely NOT worth spending the money. The pool was chilly.The house leaves you some dish soap, but no sponges. So, we had to ensure to go out and get some supplies.Overall, the townhouse was in a good location, but had some cons to it. Not sure if we would stay there again on our next Orlando visit.

Huge beautiful house with pool

We loved this house! Great location with a beautiful view overlooking a pond. Close to universal and host is very friendly. Perfect sized pool and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. Our 13 year olds loved this house. Thank you

Great property. The pool both at the home and the club house was wonderful. Communication with the host was very timely whenever we had a question. There were some basic amenities missing from the kitchen. But overall a nice place for families.

Well located and in a quiet, pleasant area. Space worked well for us and kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a little tired and dated but was good value. Communication with host was quick and easy, and we did a later check-out for a small fee which was very helpful with a later flight home. Would stay again.

Bella Vida Weekend Getaway

Truly a Great Experience! Visited family In Kissimmee and our first time in an AirB&B. House was immaculate and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. I had a question about the keypad code, I emailed at about 10:30 pm and the response was immediate. I really appreciated that. We will definitely return again.

The villa was clean, the location is close to all of the stores. The only thing that was went bad was the last few days the WiFi went out and the children did not like that at all!

The house was falling apart. Two bedrooms had trash and dirty sheets. Did not have the amount of towels as in the agreement. Kitchen did not have pans to cook with. Pool chairs were brittle and cracked. Paint in dining room was peeling. Carpets are very stained and gross. No hair dryer. Maintenance came and fixed the showers that would not drain, but housekeeping never came. We had to buy hand towels for the bathrooms and wash sheets before we could go to bed. Definitely would not stay here again

Birthday get away

The townhouse was clean and in a great location. There were a few problems. When I called to get the scan codes for each driver I was told that procedure had changed and I would get them from the guard. Upon arrival I was told I had to call again and this person emailed the needed scans. We paid extra to heat the pool. Instead of being warm the water temperature was hot and after a few minutes our skin was visibility red. I called twice and finally just had them turn the heating element off. It took 24 hours before it cooled down enough for us to enjoy it. Would stay here again just don't pay to heat the pool even in the winter.

Nice townhome. Needs some attention with regards to tlc. the ice maker (ice holder compartment) in the freezer has a broken bottom so every time ice was made it fell all over the freezer making loud noises. We had to turn it off. One of the lamps in the living room wasn't working (may have been the bulb) and the side of it was broke (Big chunk missing). The toaster didn't work. No local channels for football games on Sunday. The microwave on the outside is cracked. Not enough garbage bags. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
